Understanding Yoga
The term Yoga has a verbal root as (Yuj) in Sanskrit. Yuji means joining, (Yujyate anena iti yogah). Yoga is that which joins. What is joined exactly? In the traditional terminology it is joining of (Jivatma) with (Paramatma) the individual self with the universal self. It is an expansion of the narrow constricted egotistic personality to an all pervasive, eternal and blissful state of REALITY. One of the Great Rsis (Seer), Patanjali, compiled the essential features and principals of Yoga in the form of 'Sutras' (aphorisms) and made a vital contribution in the field of Yoga,

Our Process
At Finally Detached we fully understand that the culturing of mind is the key for success in almost all endeavors in our lives. The Yoga of mind culture or psychic control (Raja Yoga) allows us a practical and easy approach to reach higher states of consciousness. It is based on the Astanga Yoga of Patanjali's Yoga system. This is the Yoga we apply for breakthroughs. This approach takes the mind off the execution of moves (ego) and reverts focus to a deeper awareness and feeling of oneself. The Yogic way of management of stress, is totally holistic. The stress accumulated at the body level as stiffness of joints, and spasms of muscles can be released from the practice of Yoga Asanas which are congenial postures of the body to help in calming down the mind. By using the technique of Raja Yoga, we learn to expand our horizons, increase our capacities, and manifest our dormant potentialities.

Before the first session you will have a consultation call with your instructor. This is done to customize the sessions accordingly. Finally Detached Yoga Therapy Sessions last from 45- 60 min each. All sessions consists of energy & space cleanse with sage or Palo Santo, and Guided Meditation with Crystal Quartz singing bowls.
**Sessions begin with Chi Energy Revitalization**
(Vitality Swing or Qi Gong Exercises)
